Our project has a layered approach: in a short run, we will provide 6-month customized training on 3D modeling and micro-engineering to a selected group of 25 young people from the Bavra village and neighborhood communities by engaging best ICT companies and expert capacity in the country. In a mid-run, the project has identified an abandoned site of typical Soviet modernist architecture, which will be refurbished into an Innovation Technology Lab and will provide ongoing training and R&D services to the community and beyond.
