Youth unemployment is one of the problems that Europe is facing. Even if there are jobs available, still there are people that do not have the right skills to apply for them. We propose to tackle these issues adopting the approach of Gamification. Through a web platform, 16-24 yo unemployed people would be able to find a job according to their skills. Unlike online platforms that simply collects CVs or offer online university lessons, Restart Up! would assist our target with educational opportunities aimed at boosting their competences and matching them with the supply side.
